Biography of Commander Alan Morris
(U.S.N. Ret.)

 

Alan Morris is a retired Naval Special Warfare Officer, with a distinguished career of extensive leadership experience in many front line commands emphasizing multi service interoperability across a wide spectrum of combat training and operations. 
 

He has co-authored and continues to advise in development of all aspects within the  Silent Universal Signals crisis preparation program.  

During his on going association with  the Constable Group, he serves as, an accomplished instructor of Public Safety and Educational personnel in crisis communication, planning and management, sets as an Executive  board member of the Constable Public Safety Memorial Foundation, inc., which serves the families of fallen Officers,  been a Keynote speaker, expert terrorist panel member, and  volunteered in a community watch program in support of  local law enforcement.  

He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education and Public Health Administration from the University of Oregon.
